Tell us what you pressed, what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. A picture of the screen helps too. Leave out anything about your patients: Pharmacist Hub never needs it.

• Keeps a record of each shift you work at each pharmacy: the hours, the rate and the travel.
• Makes your invoice from those shifts: it gives the invoice its number, makes the PDF and writes the covering email for you to send.
• Shows what you are owed and what is past due, and writes a reminder for you to send.
• Keeps your business expenses with the rest of your records.
• At tax time, gives you a summary of the year for your accountant.
• Keeps your licence and continuing education records together.

Pharmacist Hub helps you organise your own records. It gives general information, not tax, accounting or legal advice, and it does not file anything with the CRA.

The service does not send your invoices, collect your money, or file anything with the Canada Revenue Agency. Those remain yours to do.

It never touches patient information.

• Forgot your password? On the sign in page, choose Forgot your password? and we will email you a link to set a new one.
• To change your password, open Profile and choose Email me a link to change it.
• To delete your account and everything in it, open Profile and choose Delete my account at the bottom. First read what is deleted and what you should keep.
